With more than 25 years of experience in private equity and investment management, he has served as the General Partner on over $180 million in private investments across multiple sectors, with a particular depth in oil & gas.
Mr. Norwich excels at identifying, structuring, financing, and executing complex investment and development opportunities. His expertise encompasses upstream and midstream oil & gas projects, energy-related technology, and commercial real estate. He is highly regarded for his ability to analyze macroeconomic trends, navigate intricate capital structures, and optimize resource allocation to drive strong risk-adjusted returns in the energy sector.
Prior to establishing his own investment platform, Mr. Norwich built a strong foundation in banking and capital markets. He held key roles at ABN AMRO North America, Citigroup Global Markets, and Denali Capital, where he managed portfolios of non-investment-grade debt securities and developed deep proficiency in corporate finance, credit analysis, and investment management.
In 2008, he transitioned fully into entrepreneurial investing and development, sponsoring, developing, financing, and overseeing alternative investments throughout the United States. He later founded and led a private investment platform focused on disciplined, high-conviction opportunities in energy and related industries.
Mr. Norwich holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. A native of Southern California, he currently resides in Texas with his wife and two children.
Todd Allan Lodel serves as a General Partner, bringing over a decade of hands-on operational expertise in the global energy sector to the fund. His career spans the management and optimization of complex oil and gas operations across major basins in both the United States and Africa.
Todd specializes in the technical and mechanical lifecycle of energy assets, with deep expertise in production, process engineering, fractionation, and refining. A forward-thinking operator, he is highly skilled in automation integration and operations management, driving efficiency and scaling performance in challenging environments.
At the fund, Todd leverages his extensive technical background to evaluate energy-related opportunities, oversee asset performance, and ensure rigorous operational execution across the portfolio.
